Return Policy

We hope you love your Clarico pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit or a full refund for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.

To request a return, email info@theclarico.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s), and please include exchange request and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for us to get back to you with next steps.

Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue you a refund or online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on theclarico.com. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.

Site credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Clarico reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

Damaged Goods

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending; however, if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email info@theclarico.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
